Hi!
My name is Izabela Bartosik, but my friends and family usually call me Iza or Izabel. I’m 21 years old. I’m walking ball of sunshine spreading love and happiness all around, or that’s at least how I imagine myself. I’m from Poland, more directly from Lublin, which is the city on the east of the country. Currently I study at the University of Warsaw, which is located in the capital of Poland where I moved 3 years ago. I have quite small family, it’s just 4 of us, me, my 11 years old brother Leo, dad Grzegorz and mum Magdalena. We are pets’ lovers but lately we have only 3 animals - 2 dogs Tosa Inu called Bejli and Bart and one cat Bonnie. I hate being alone and doing nothing for more than 1 hour, I love spending time with my family and friends, doing sports such as kitesurfing, kickboxing, playing tennis and traveling. Just last year I travelled to 8 different countries. I love trying new things and I am constantly deficient in adrenaline. The thing you have to know about me is that I’m sweets lover and for 3 years I was on sugar diet, which I created by myself, but better don’t try it yourself. What I’m good at? For sure in sleeping and eating enormous amount of sweets, but else than that you better ask my friends. What I would like to improve? I’d love to work on my character, not to be that lazy, be more patient and not to give up easily. But from the educational side I’d love to improve my language skills, mostly my German and Spanish skills, which I’m still working on, and they are the reason why I decided to come to Krems, Austria, where I can work on it and improve them. |
Patrycja
Hi! My name is Patrycja, I’m 21 year-old and I come from Poland. I study at the University of Warsaw. I have two younger siblings, brother and sister. I also have a dog, who is also a member of our family.
It is hard to say what exactly is my hobby I love trying new things and changing my interests. However, I think that my hobby is traveling, I really love exploring the world, meeting new people and different cultures. This is also one of the reasons, why I’ve chosen my field of studies, I wanted to know more languages, to communicate with people from other countries. Right now, languages are also my hobby. I always wanted to be able to communicate with others in English and German. I am still trying to be fluent in those languages and I hope soon I’ll reach my goal. I am trying to be a positive, happy person, so I want to answer on next question in a funny way. “What I am good at?” I think I am good at sleeping and watching whole seasons of tv series in one day. It’s hard to say, what is so special about me, but I think that we are all different and special in our own ways. The best people to ask this question are our friends, who saw something special in us and they are really close for us right now. I’ve decided to go to Krems, because I wanted to improve my German skills and finally start talking in this language. I also wanted to travel across Austria and explore this country, what is really hard in coronavirus era. |
Gabriela
Hello, I am Gabriela. I am 21 years old. I study in Warsaw at the University of Warsaw, “teaching english and german”. I am an only child but i always wanted to have siblings. I have a couple of passions, the first one is horse riding. I started it around 6 months ago and I really love it. While riding I feel connected to nature, which I think is significant to maintain a good mental health in our busy lives. My other passion is learning languages. I always wanted to speak german and english fluently and I am trying to do it. I also love teaching languages and I do it even on Erasmus :) as a private teacher. The special thing about me is that I am a spontaneous person and always have the energy to try new things. Sometimes I think pessimistically about certain things and I would really like to improve it. I chose Krems/Austria because I always wanted to travel to Austria and see Vienna. Also, as I am studying german language, I want to learn german, and living in a german speaking country is the best way to learn german.

The most spontaneous thing I did was coming to Krems, Austria. The idea to go for an Erasmus+ program, I had in my mind for a long time then but was not sure about that. I am not that kind of a person who is eager to make radical decisions and changes in my life. Beside that, I am really close to my family members and a group of friends in Poland, whom I spend most of my free time with. Usually when I am not with my dearests ones, I probably do something related to art. I am a person, who enjoys nature, aesthetic and music. I also play the guitar teaching my father this skill at the same time. I am a big fan of dancing, singing and social life. The thing that niggles me is my laziness. I procrastinate doing things and I am afraid to get onto new things that I actually desire.

I am 21 year old student, currently living in Krems an der Donau. However i do come from Warsaw, Poland. I have two siblings, my older brother is 25 and my younger sister is 5. It is funny how good we get along even though it is such a big age difference. When it comes to hobbies i love dancing, team sports, hiking and singing. I love being active and cannot stand boredom. I am good at making weird facial expressions without realizing it. What is special about me? I am shy in general but whenever a person gets to know me better i am actually the opposite of shy. I would certainly improve my German skills. I decided to go to Krems to learn German, travel around Austria and meet new people.
